基于UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS的藏药翼首草不同提取物化学成分比较研究

【摘要】 应用UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS鉴定翼首草化学成分,对其水提取物和醇提取物中差异性化合物进行辨识并进行半定量评价。从4批翼首草药材中共鉴定出48个化合物,其中5个化合物首次在翼首草发现。75%乙醇提取物及水提取物整体化学轮廓差异较大,从中辨识16个差异性化合物,其中4个(rivularicin等)化合物为醇提液中所特有。水提取物中neochlorogenic acid等4个化合物含量较高;75%乙醇提取物中sylvestroside III等8个化合物含量较高。该含量差异是否会对其药效产生影响仍有待进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)was used to identify the chemical components of Pterocephalus hookeri(C.B.Clarke)Hoeck(P.hookeri),distinguish the different compounds in its water extract(WE)and75% ethanol extract(EE)of P. hookeri and conduct semi-quantitative evaluation. A total of 48 compounds were identified from 4 batches of P.hookeri herbal medicine,5 compounds were found in P.hookeri for the first time. The overall chemical profile of the 75% ethanol extract and the water extract is quite different,and 16 different compounds were identified,of which 4 compounds(rivularicin,etc)are only exist in EE. The content of 4 compounds including neochlorogenic acid in WE is higher;the content of 8compounds including sylvestroside III in 75% EE is higher. Whether this content difference will affect its efficacy remains to be further studied.
