【摘要】 目的:了解门诊患者参与用药安全的现状，为门诊用药安全管理提供参考依据。方法:选取武汉市某大型综合三级医院700名门诊患者或家属及150名门诊医师为研究对象，分别进行门诊患者参与用药安全行为的问卷调查，并对得分情况进行统计分析。结果:门诊患者或家属调查问卷有效率为97%。532人(78.4%)认同患者参与用药安全的重要性；不同性别、年龄、受教育程度及职业状况的患者的认同比例存在明显差异(P<0.05)。门诊患者参与用药安全的参与度评分较低，23个行为项目中有16项得分均数低于4分；门诊医师促进患者参与用药安全的诊疗行为项目得分均值均低于4分。结论:通过提高门诊患者参与用药安全的认知，制定患者参与用药安全的具体策略，积极推动医务人员支持患者参与的安全文化氛围，以促进患者主动参与患者用药安全行为，提高门诊患者用药安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the current status of outpatients participating in medication safety, so as to provide reference for outpatient medication safety management. Methods: Totally 700 outpatients or their families and 150 outpatient physicians from a large general tertiary hospital in Wuhan were selected into this study. The questionnaire survey of outpatients participating in medication safety behavior was conducted, and the score was analyzed.Results: Totally 532 respondents(78.4%) agreed with the importance of patients participating in medication safety. There were significant differences in the agreement proportion of patients with different gender, age, education level and occupational status(P<0.05). The scores of outpatients participating in medication safety were low, and the mean scores of 16 items from the 23 behavior items were lower than 4 points; the mean scores of the behavior items of outpatient doctors promoting patients to participate in medication safety were lower than 4 points. Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the cognition of outpatients participation in drug safety, formulate specific strategies for patients’ participation in medication safety, and promote the safety culture atmosphere in which medical staff support patients’ participation, so as to promote patients’ participation in medication safety behavior and improve the medication safety of outpatients.更多还原
