【摘要】 目的:建立一种同时检测补肾健骨胶囊中莫诺苷和马钱苷含量的方法。方法:采用Tnature C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）色谱柱，柱温30℃,以乙腈-0.8%磷酸溶液为流动相，梯度洗脱，体积流量1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长240 nm。结果:莫诺苷在82.010 8～1 640.216 0 ng、马钱苷在63.756 0～1 275.120 0 ng范围内线性关系良好；莫诺苷的平均回收率为94.38%,RSD为2.06%,马钱苷的平均回收率为94.90%,RSD为1.88%（n=6）。结论:该方法操作简便，重复性好，可准确检测补肾健骨胶囊中莫诺苷和马钱苷的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of morroniside and loganin in Bushen Jiangu capsules. Methods: The detection was carried out on a Tnature C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column with the column temperature at 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.8% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 240 nm. Results: The linear relationships of morroniside and loganin were good within the ranges of 82.010 8-1 640.216 0 ng and 63.756 0-1 275.120 0 ng, respectively. The average recovery of morroniside was 94.38%（RSD=2.06%）, and that of loganin was 94.90%（RSD=1.88%,n=6）. Conclusion: The method is simple and reproducible, and can be used to accurately determine the contents of morroniside and loganin in Bushen Jiangu capsules.更多还原
