【Abstract】 Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease characterized by disturbance of neuromuscular junction transmission mainly mediated by acetylcholine receptor antibody. Drug resistance, ineffectiveness, relapse, getting sicker or cholinergic crisis often occur in the treatment of the disease in mere Western medicine. It is a clinically refractory disease. Professor LUO Quan believes that the main etiology and pathogenesis of this disease is “Qi(气) deficiency of spleen and kidney” based on years of clinical experience. The purpose of the treatment is to invigorate spleen to ascend essence of water and grain, and nourishing the kidney gently.
