【摘要】 目的：基于文献研究防治糖尿病胃轻瘫方剂的组方规律。方法：检索2010-2021年近十年中国知网数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普、万方数据库收录的治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的有效验方用药并建立方药数据库，对药物频数、药味、归经等进行统计；采用关联规则Apriori算法和系统聚类分析对治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的核心中药及药对、药组进行归纳。结果：筛选出方剂115首，中药131味，频数居前三位的中药是白术、茯苓和甘草；关联规则分析共获得28条有效记录；聚类分析获取8类药组。结论：中医药对糖尿病胃轻瘫的治疗应肺胃同治，消补兼施，以健脾益气、理气化湿消滞为主，并佐以清热、化痰、活血等法。关联规则配合聚类分析，能够较为全面地揭示中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的用药规律，有利于指导临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the medication rule of TCM for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP) based on literature research. Methods: By searching CNKI, SinoMed, VIP and Wanfang databases, we collected effective formulas for DGP from 2010 to 2021to establish a database, and statistically analyzed the frequency and taste and meridian distribution. Association rule Apriori algorithm and systematic cluster analysis were used to summarize the core traditional Chinese medicines, drug-pair and drug groups for the treatment of DGP. Results: One-hundred and fifteen prescriptions and 131 TCM medicines were screened out. The top three TCM medicines were Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Fuling(Poria) and Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae). Twenty eight effective rules were made in association rules analysis, and 8 kinds of drug groups were clustered and analyzed. Conclusion: The treatment of DGP in TCM should treat both the lungs and stomach, eliminate tonic and supplementation, mainly focus on strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi( 气),regulating Qi, dispelling dampness and eliminating stagnation, and supplemented by methods such as clearing heat, resolving phlegm, and promoting blood circulation. By the method of association rules combined with systematic cluster analysis, the rule of TCM in the treatment of DGP can be revealed comprehensively, and conducive to guiding clinical treatment.更多还原
