【摘要】 目的:研究加味增液麻仁汤联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊对便秘型肠易激综合征患者疗效及肠道菌群变化的影响。方法:将医院2019年1月-2021年1月收治的89例便秘型肠易激综合征患者纳入研究。以电脑随机数字表法将其分作研究组(44例)及常规组(45例)。常规组实施复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组则实施加味增液麻仁汤联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗。分析两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、肠道菌群以及血清炎症因子水平变化情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗后各项中医证候积分均低于常规组(均P <0.05)。研究组治疗后肠道乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌及双歧杆菌数量/肠杆菌数量值均高于常规组,而拟杆菌及肠杆菌均低于常规组(均P <0.05)。研究组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6及白细胞介素-8水平均低于常规组(均P <0.05)。结论:加味增液麻仁汤联合复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效较佳,可有效改善患者肠道菌群微生态,降低血清炎症因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of the Jiawei Zengye Maren decoction(加味增液麻仁汤) plus compound glutamine enteric-coated capsules on constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome and intestinal flora. Methods: From January 2019 to January 2021, a total of 89 cases were divided into the study group(44 cases) and the conventional group(45 cases) by computer random number table method. The conventional group was treated with compound glutamine enteric-coated capsules, while the study group was treated with compound glutamine enteric-coated capsules plus the Jiawei Zengye Maren decoction. Clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, intestinal flora and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were analyzed in the two groups. Results: The total efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than the conventional group(all P<0.05). After treatment, the values of lactobacillus, bifidobacterium and B/E in the study group were higher than the conventional group, while the values of bacteroidetes and enterobacter in the study group were lower than the conventional group(all P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were lower than the conventional group(all P<0.05). Conclusion: The Jiawei Zengye Maren decoction plus compound glutamine enteric-coated capsule on constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome shows a better efficacy, which can effectively improve the intestinal microflora of patients and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.更多还原
