【摘要】 目的：探讨中医药治疗矮身材儿童的用药规律，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：检索中国知网近30年收录的中医药治疗矮身材的相关文献，采用WPS Office 2019工作表记录提取的中医证候、处方名称、中药组成等原始数据，利用中医传承辅助平台V2.5统计证候、中药性味归经的频次，分析组方规律，挖掘新处方。结果：按照纳入标准，本次研究实际纳入68篇文献，提取60首处方、136味中药。茯苓、白术及山药为高频用药。药性以温性为主，药味以甘味居多。归经以脾、肾、肝为主。基于聚类分析得到4个核心组合、2首新处方。结论：中医治疗矮身材儿童以温性药、甘味药为核心用药，调理脾、肾、肝为主。通过数据挖掘得出的新处方可以为临床治疗矮身材儿童提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The medication rules of treating short stature in children in TCM were explored to provide more reference for the treatment of the disease. Methods: The literature on treating short stature in TCM in recent 30 years in CNKI were retrieved. WPS Office 2019 worksheet was used to record the original data of TCM syndrome, prescription name, TCM composition and so on. Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5 was used to count TCM syndromes, and the frequencies of medicinal property,medicinal flavor, and active ingredient distribution. The rules of prescription composition was analyzed, and new prescriptions were mined.Results: According to the inclusion criteria, 68 papers were actually included in this study, 60 prescriptions and 136 TCM medicine were extracted. The high-frequency medicines were Fuling [ Wolfiporia cocos(F.A. Wolf) Ryvarden & Gilb.], Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.), and Shanyao(Dioscorea polystachya Turczaninow). The medicinal property was mainly warm, and the medicinal flavour was mainly sweet. The active ingredients mainly flowed into spleen meridian, kidney meridian and liver meridian. 4 core combinations and 2 new prescriptions were obtained by the cluster analysis. Conclusion: Warm medicine and sweet medicine were the core medicines in treating short stature in children in TCM, and it mainly regulated the spleen, kidney and liver. The new prescription obtained through data mining can provide more reference for clinical treatment of short stature in children.更多还原
