【摘要】 目的：评价局部围刺联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：将76例肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组38例。观察组采用局部围刺联合逍遥丸治疗，对照组采用逍遥丸治疗。接受治疗后，观察两组临床疗效、皮损评分，以及焦虑评分改变情况。结果：观察组的总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。治疗后，观察组的皮损面积评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组的皮损颜色评分低于对照组，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。治疗后，观察组的焦虑评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：局部围刺联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑，疗效优于单纯口服逍遥丸，且能改善患者的焦虑情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy of local encircling acupuncture plus Xiaoyao Wan(逍遥丸) on chloasma of the liver depression and Qi(气) stagnation type. Methods: 76 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,38 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by local encircling acupuncture plus Xiaoyao Wan, while the control group was treated with Xiaoyao Wan only. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the skin lesion area score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05. The skin lesions colour score in the observation group was lower than the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the anxiety score in the observation group was statistically significant lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of local encircling acupuncture plus Xiaoyao Wan on chloasma of the liver depression and Qi stagnation type is better than Xiaoyao Wan, and it can relieve the anxiety of the patients.更多还原
