【摘要】 近年来消化道息肉的发病率逐年上升，部分息肉易发生癌变，故积极治疗息肉对降低消化道癌症具有重要意义。吴耀南教授认为消化道息肉多因饮食不节、情志内伤或外感六淫等导致脏腑阴阳失调，阳不化阴，阴气凝聚而成，临床上采取温阳化气的方法治疗消化道息肉颇获成效。文章主要介绍吴耀南教授以“阳化气，阴成形”理论为基础，运用阳和汤论治消化道息肉的学术思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the incidence of digestive tract polyps has increased year by year,and some polyps tend to become cancerous,so active treatment for polyps is of great significance to reduce gastrointestinal cancers.Professor WU Yaonan believes that digestive tract polyps is mostly caused by improper diet,emotional internal injury,or external pathogens,which lead to Yin and Yang imbalance(阴阳失调) in the viscera.Clinically,the method of warming Yang and transforming Qi(气) has been very effective in treating digestive tract polyps.In this article,Professor WU Yaonan’s academic thoughts on treating digestive tract polyps with the Yanghe decoction （阳和汤） based on the theory of “Yang transforms Qi,and Yin shapes up body” were mainly introduced.更多还原
