【摘要】 目的:探讨止颤汤治疗帕金森病合并抑郁的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年1月深圳市第二人民医院、张家口市中医院门诊及病区收治的帕金森病合并抑郁患者98例,随机分为两组,对照组应用西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用止颤汤治疗。结果:在治疗之后,研究组统一采用帕金森病评定量表(Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale,UPDRS)评分显著优于对照组(P <0.05),研究组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组患者的焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:帕金森病合并抑郁患者在治疗时,应用止颤汤治疗,可增强治疗疗效,对患者的帕金森病症状有明显改善,同时,可以缓解患者抑郁的状态,提高患者的生活质量,在临床上值得进一步应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhichan decoction(止颤汤) on quality of life of patients in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease complicated with depression. Methods: A total of 98 patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated with depression admitted to the outpatient department and ward of Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital and Zhangjiakou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Western medicine, and the research group was treated with Zhizhu decoction on the basis of the control group. Results: After treatment, the UPDRS score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated with depression, the application of Zhichan decoction can enhance the therapeutic effect and significantly relieve the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. At the same time, it can alleviate the depressive state of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.更多还原
