【摘要】 目的：观察新活素治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年2月—2022年2月我院收治的急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（40例）与观察组（40例）。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予新活素治疗，比较两组血流动力学指标、心功能、治疗效果、生活质量。结果：观察组HR、SBP、DBP低于对照组，CO、SV高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组LVEF、6 min步行距离高于对照组，LVESD、LVEDD低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)；观察组物质功能、情感功能、生理机能、社会功能、精力、一般状况、心理健康、躯体疾病等各评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：新活素治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者的疗效确切，可改善血流动力学和心功能，提升生活质量，具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Xinhuosu in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure. Methods: A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(40 cases). The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given Xinhuosu on the basis of the control group. The hemodynamic indexes, cardiac function, therapeutic effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: HR, SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and CO and SV were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). LVEF and 6 min walking distance in observation group were higher than those in control group, LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50 %, which was higher than 82.50 % in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of material function, emotional function, physiological function, social function, energy, general condition, mental health and physical disease in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of Xinhuosu in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure is definite.
