【摘要】 目的：探讨匹多莫得分散片联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的疗效及对免疫球蛋白、血浆D-二聚体影响。方法：选取我院2019年1月—2022年3月收治的70例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象，根据住院编号分成对照组与观察组，每组35例。对照组采用匹多莫得分散片进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合醋酸泼尼松片进行治疗，比较两组临床疗效，临床症状消失时间、免疫球蛋白水平以及血浆D-二聚体变化情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率为97.14%，高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)；观察组患儿皮肤紫癜、关节肿痛、腹痛、水肿、呕吐等临床症状消失时间短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组IgA、IgM、D-二聚体和FIB水平优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：醋酸泼尼松片可有效减轻治疗过敏性紫癜患儿临床症状，改善免疫功能与凝血功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura and its effect on immunoglobulin and plasma D-dimer;Methods: A total of 70 children with Henoch Schonlein purpura treated in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research object. According to the hospitalization number, they were randomly divided into matched group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The matched group was treated with pidotimod dispersible tablets, and the observation group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets on the basis of the matched group. The clinical efficacy, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the level of immunoglobulin and the changes of plasma D-dimer were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 77.14% of the control group(P<0.05). The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as skin purpura, joint swelling and pain, abdominal pain, edema and vomiting in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of IgA, IgM, D-dimer and FIB in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Prednisone acetate tablets can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura, improve immune function and coagulation function.更多还原
