【摘要】 目的：探讨玉屏风颗粒在预防小儿哮喘急性发作中的临床效果。方法：选择2020年3月—2021年10月我院收治的80例小儿哮喘急性发作期患儿，随机分为对照组和研究组，各40例。对照组予常规治疗，研究组在其基础上联合玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较两组哮喘控制情况、免疫指标、肺功能及治疗6个月内哮喘急性加重次数。结果：两组治疗前和治疗后4周C-ACT评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；研究组治疗后8周、12周及末次随访时C-ACT评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后Ig E水平低于治疗前，且研究组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而两组治疗前后CD4⁺、CD8⁺和CD4⁺/CD8⁺比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组治疗后FEV₁、FEV₁/FVC和PEFR高于治疗前，且研究组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）而两组PEF比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。研究组患儿哮喘急性加重（1.38±0.44）次，少于对照组的（1.91±0.37）次，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：玉屏风颗粒可有效降低哮喘患儿血清Ig E水平，提高哮喘控制水平，减少急性发作，保护肺功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granules in preventing acute asthma attack in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with acute exacerbation of asthma who were admitted to our hospital from March 2020to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Yupingfeng granules on the basis of it.The asthma control,immune indexes,pulmonary function and the number of asthma exacerbations within 6 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in C-ACT scores between the two groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment (P>0.05).There was statistical significance (P<0.05).The Ig E levels in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEFR of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in PEF between the two groups (P>0.05).The children in the study group had (1.38±0.44) times of acute exacerbation of asthma,which was less than (1.91±0.37) times in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng granules can effectively reduce serum Ig E levels in children with asthma,improve asthma control level,reduce acute attacks,and protect lung function.更多还原
