【摘要】 目的：研究拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法：选取2018年12月—2021年12月虞城县第二人民医院收治的妊娠期高血压患者80例作为研究对象，依据不同治疗方式划分成观察组（拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗）及对照组（硫酸镁治疗），各40例。比较两组临床疗效、血压水平、炎症指标水平、不良反应发生情况、妊娠不良事件发生率。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的70.00%(P <0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率及妊娠不良事件发生率低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组血清降钙素原、白介素18、白介素6、超敏C反应蛋白低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组舒张压、收缩压低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压患者的效果确切，可改善患者的炎性因子，控制血压水平，降低不良反应发生率及妊娠不良事件发生率，具有应用有效性及安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of gestational hypertension. Methods: A total of 80 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Yucheng County from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected as subjects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group(labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate treatment) and control group(magnesium sulfate treatment), with 40 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure level,inflammatory index level, incidence of adverse reactions and incidence of adverse pregnancy events were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05). The incidences of adverse reactions and adverse pregnancy events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Serum procalcitonin, interleukin 18, interleukin 6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension is exact,which can improve the inflammatory factors of patients, control the blood pressure level, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and adverse pregnancy events.
