【摘要】 目的：比较保妇康栓与莲柏洁身液治疗湿热下注型阴道炎的效果。方法：选取2019年3月—2021年3月该院收诊的130例湿热下注型阴道炎患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，各65例。对照组给予保妇康栓治疗，研究组给予莲柏洁身液治疗，比较两组治疗效果、白带、阴道情况、炎症因子情况、不良反应和复发率。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为96.92%，高于对照组的84.62%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组白带异味时间、白带增多时间、阴部疼痛时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组外部瘙痒时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；研究组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组不良发生率低于对照组，但差异有统计学意义（P>0.05）；且经过1年随访发现，研究组复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：莲柏洁身液治疗湿热下注型阴道炎效果较为明显，可改善患者白带、阴道情况，降低炎症水平，且复发率低，并未增加不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To inquire into the result of Lianbai Jieshen liquid in the treatment of vaginitis in damp-heat type.Methods: From March 2019 to March 2021, a total of 130 patients with vaginitis in damp-heat type admitted to our hospital,conveniently divided into the study group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given Baofukang suppository, and the research group was given Lianbai Jieshen Liquid. The therapeutic effects, leucorrhea, vaginal conditions, inflammatory factors, adverse reactions and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 96.92%, which was higher than 84.62% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The study group had shorter leucorrhea odor time, leucorrhea increase time and vaginal pain time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); while there was no significant difference in external pruritus time between the two groups(P>0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).After 1 year of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Lianbo Jiexi Liquid has obvious effect in the treatment of damp-heat vaginitis, which can improve the leucorrhea and vagina of patients, reduce the level of inflammation, and has a low recurrence rate without increasing adverse reactions.更多还原
