枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合艾塞那肽对非酒精性脂肪肝炎患者的疗效研究
Curative Effect of Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules Combined with Exenatide on Patients with Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis
【摘要】 目的:研究枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合艾塞那肽对非酒精性脂肪肝炎的疗效。方法:选择2018年1月—2020年12月我院收治的98例非酒精性脂肪肝炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组皮下注射艾塞那肽,观察组加用枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊,比较两组血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、肝功能指标[γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、ALT]、血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、人尾肢同源蛋白2(Pygo2)、缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、内毒素、D-乳酸水平。结果:两组治疗后HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、TC较治疗前改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清γ-GT、ALT、HMGB1、Pygo2、HIF-1α、DAO、内毒素、D-乳酸水平较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合艾塞那肽能明显减轻非酒精性脂肪肝炎患者的肠源性内毒素血症,降低肠道通透性,改善肝功能,降低血脂,值得推广。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the curative effect of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium entericcoated capsules combined with exenatide on patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. Methods: A total of 98 patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was subcutaneously injected with exenatide, and the observation group was added with live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules. The blood lipid indexes [triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) ], liver function indexes [γ-glutamyltransferase(γ-GT), ALT], serum high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1), human tail limb homologous protein 2(Pygo2), hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α), diamine oxidase(DAO), endotoxin, and D-lactic acid levels were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the levels of HDL-C,LDL-C, TG and TC in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The levels of serum γ-GT, ALT, HMGB1, Pygo2, HIF-1α, DAO, endotoxin and D-lactic acid in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium entericcoated capsules combined with exenatide can significantly reduce intestinal endotoxemia, reduce intestinal permeability,improve liver function and reduce blood lipids in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, which is worthy of promotion.
