【摘要】 目的：探讨吗替麦考酚酯片联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗肾病综合征（NS）的效果。方法：选取河南科技大学第一附属医院2019年3月—2020年2月收治的126例NS患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为常规组（n=63）和联合组（n=63），常规组采用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗，联合组于常规组基础上加用吗替麦考酚酯片治疗，比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果：治疗2个月结束时，联合组总缓解率高于常规组（P<0.05）；联合组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于常规组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：吗替麦考酚酯片联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗可降低NS患者炎症因子水平，提高临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Mycophenolate Mofetil Tablets combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome(NS). Methods: A total of 126 patients with NS treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into routine group(63 cases) and combined group(63 cases) by the random number table method. The routine group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection, and the combined group was added mycophenolate mofetil tablets on the basis of the routine group; the clinical efficacy, the level of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: At the end of 2 months of treatment, the total remission rate of the combined group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05); the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-23(IL-23), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the combined group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05); there was no statistical significant difference in adverse reactions of patients in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The combination of Mycophenolate Mofetil Tablets and Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the clinical efficacy of patients with NS.更多还原
