糖皮质激素联合来氟米特治疗IgA肾病患者的效果分析
Effect of Glucocorticoid Combined with Leflunomide on IgA Nephropathy
【摘要】 目的:探讨糖皮质激素联合来氟米特对IgA肾病患者的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2020年3月该院治疗的90例IgA肾病患者为研究对象,以随机数字表达法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用糖皮质激素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合来氟米特治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后临床指标(TLR-9蛋白、VCAM-1、24 h尿蛋白)、尿红细胞检测指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的77.78%(P﹤0.05);研究组TLR-9蛋白、VCAM-1、24 h尿蛋白优于对照组(P﹤0.05);研究组治疗后尿红细胞平均个数少于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合来氟米特治疗IgA肾病疗效显著,可改善机体炎症反应、尿红细胞,且联合治疗不增加不良反应发生风险。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of glucocorticoid combined with leflunomide on patients with IgA nephropathy.Methods: A total of 90 patients with IgA nephropathy treated in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table, with 45cases in each group. The control group was treated with glucocorticoid, and the study group was treated with leflunomide on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, clinical indexes(TLR-9 protein, VCAM-1, 24 h urinary protein) before and after treatment, urine red blood cell detection indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 97.78%, which was higher than 77.78% of the control group(P <0.05).TLR-9 protein, VCAM-1 and 24 h urinary protein in the study group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05).The average number of urine red blood cells in the study group after treatment was less than that in the control group(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion: Glucocorticoid combined with leflunomide has remarkable therapeutic effect on IgA nephropathy, which can improve the inflammatory response and urinary red blood cells, and the combined treatment does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
