【摘要】 目的:探讨氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心梗的效果与安全性。方法:选择2019年2月—2021年2月本院治疗的120例急性心梗患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用氯吡格雷治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用阿司匹林治疗,比较两组治疗效果、临床指标(血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、部分活化凝血活酶时间、左室射血分数)、并发症及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);研究组血浆黏度、血小板聚集率低于对照组,部分活化凝血活酶时间、左室射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的5.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心梗效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,降低并发症及不良反应发生率,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods: A total of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clopidogrel, and the study group was treated with aspirin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect, clinical indicators(plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate, partial activated thrombin time, left ventricular ejection fraction), complications and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 98.33%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group(P < 0.05). The plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the partial activated thrombin time and left ventricular ejection fraction were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than 16.67% in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than 5.00% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction has obvious effect, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and adverse reactions, and has high safety.更多还原
