【摘要】 目的:利用患者在住院期间使用的麻醉药品情况绘制表格进行分析归纳,督促临床更合理地使用麻醉药品。方法:对住院患者2019年度、2020年度使用的麻醉药品按照品名、规格、数量、用药结构进行统计,计算各类药物的用药情况并进行分析。结果:2020年度麻醉药品全年使用数量比2019年度增加,羟考酮缓释片、瑞芬太尼、舒芬太尼、芬太尼、磷酸可待因片的使用数量名列前5位。枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液2020年1—3月期间使用量比2019年1—3月期间降低,盐酸吗啡注射液和盐酸哌替啶注射液整年使用量逐渐降低。肿瘤科使用麻醉药品数量最多的品名有5个,分别是外用的芬太尼透皮贴剂、羟考酮缓释片、硫酸吗啡缓释片、硫酸吗啡片、盐酸吗啡注射液;盐酸哌替啶注射液的使用泌尿外科数量最多;磷酸可待因片呼吸一体化病房使用量最多,且2020年度使用量较2019年度使用量增加明显。结论:患者在住院期间使用麻醉药品合理规范,但仍存在不足之处,需要不断发现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Use the narcotic drugs used by patients during hospitalization to draw tables for analysis and induction, urge the clinical to use narcotic drugs more rationally. Methods: The narcotic drugs used by inpatients in 2019 and 2020 were counted according to product name, specification, quantity and medication structure, and the medication situation of various drugs was calculated and analyzed. Results: The use of narcotic drugs has increased year by year, and the annual use of narcotic drugs in 2020 has increased significantly compared with 2019. Oxycodone sustained release tablets,remifentanil, sufentanil, fentanyl and codeine phosphate tablets ranked among the top 5. The consumption of fentanyl citrate injection and sufentanil citrate injection during the first three months of 2020 is lower than that during the first three months of 2019, the dosage of morphine hydrochloride injection and pethidine hydrochloride injection decreased gradually throughout the year. The largest number of narcotic drugs used in oncology department is 5, including topical fentanyl transdermal patch, oxycodone sustained-release tablets, morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets, morphine sulfate tablets and morphine hydrochloride injection; Pethidine hydrochloride injection was the most used in urology; Codeine phosphate tablets are used most in respiratory integrated wards, and the use in 2020 is significantly higher than that in 2019.
