【摘要】 目的 观察一边黄洗剂塌渍疗法联合负压封闭引流技术治疗臁疮病（湿热瘀阻证）的疗效。方法 60例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各30例。治疗组采用中药一边黄洗剂塌渍疗法联合创面负压封闭引流技术治疗。对照组采用汇涵术泰湿敷联合创面负压封闭引流技术治疗。比较两组疗效及症状评分情况、两组第1、14日的白细胞计数（WBC）、肌酐（Cr）、血糖（GLU）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平变化及两组第1、14、21日的血清基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)水平。结果 治疗组总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05)。两组治疗1 d创面肿胀、创面肉芽组织、创面渗出量评分、WBC、Cr、GLU、CRP、MMP-3、和TIMP-1水平比较，差别均不大（均P> 0.05）。两组治疗14、21 d的创面肿胀程度、创面肉芽组织、创面渗出量评分均低于治疗第1日（均P <0.05）；且治疗组同期创面肿胀程度、创面肉芽组织、创面渗出量评分均分别低于对照组（均P <0.05）。两组治疗14 d WBC、Cr、GLU、CRP水平均低于治疗第1日（均P <0.05），且治疗组同期WBC、Cr、GLU、CRP水平均低于对照组（均P <0.05）。两组治疗14、21 d的MMP-3、TIMP-1水平均分别低于治疗第1日（均P <0.05），且治疗组同期MMP-3、TIMP-1水平均分别低于对照组（均P <0.05）。两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论 一边黄洗剂塌渍疗法联合负压封闭引流治疗臁疮可有效减轻创面肿胀和创面渗出液等症状，促进创面愈合，副作用小，安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yibianihuang Lotion collapse stain therapy combined with negative pressure sealing drainage technique in the treatment of eczema of damp-heat stasis type. Methods:A total of 60 patients with eczema were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Yibianihuang Lotion collapse stain therapy combined with negative pressure sealing drainage technique;the control group was treated with Huihan Shutai wet compress combined with negative pressure sealing drainage technique. The efficacy rates and symptom scores of the two groups were compared;the white blood cells(WBC),creatinine(Cr),blood glucose(GLU),and C-reactive protein(CRP)indexes on the 1st and 14th days between the two groups were compared;serum matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1)levels at 14 days and 21days were also compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67% in the study group,which was significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group(P < 0.05). After 14 and 21 days of treatment,the scores of wound swelling,wound granulation tissue and wound exudation in the two groups were lower than those on the first day of treatment(all P< 0.05);the scores of wound swelling degree,wound granulation tissue and wound exudation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(all P < 0.05);the levels of MMP-3 and TIMP-1 in the two groups were lower than those on the first day of treatment(P < 0.05);the levels of MMP-3 and TIMP-1 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);after 14 days of treatment,the levels of WBC,Cr,Glu and CRP in the two groups were lower than those on the first day of treatment(all P <0.05),and the levels of WBC,Cr,Glu and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(all P < 0.05). Conclusion:Yibianihuang Lotion collapse stain therapy combined with negative pressure sealing drainage technique can effectively relieve the symptoms of eczema wound swelling and wound exudate,and quickly promote wound healing with less side effects and is safe and effective.更多还原
