【摘要】 目的 观察头针联合康复训练对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及下肢肌力的影响。方法 选择80例患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组各40例；其中对照组接受康复训练，观察组在对照组基础上联合使用头针治疗；观察比较两组患者治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、Berg平衡量表（BBS）评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表（FMA）评分、改良Barthel指数（MBI）评分及胫前肌与腓肠肌表面肌电均方根值。结果 治疗后，观察组与对照组NIHSS评分、BBS评分、FMA评分、MBI评分及胫前肌与腓肠肌表面肌电均方根值均较治疗前得到明显改善（P <0.05），且观察组各评分及表面肌电均方根值改善情况均明显优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 头针联合康复训练可有效改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能与下肢肢体运动功能，提高肢体平衡能力及日常生活能力，增强胫前肌与腓肠肌肌力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on nerve function and muscle strength of lower limbs in patients with acute stroke. Methods:80 patients were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,namely the observation group(n = 40)and the control group(n = 40). The control group received rehabilitation training,while the observation group combined with scalp acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group;the NIHSS score,BBS score,FMA score,MBI score,and the root mean square value of surface myoelectricity of tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscles of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results:Before treatment,the two groups had no significant difference in NIHSS score,BBS score,FMA score,MBI score,and the root mean square value of the myoelectricity of the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscles(P > 0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score,BBS score,FMA score,MBI score,and the root mean square value of the surface myoelectricity of the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscles in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores and surface myoelectricity of the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscles in the observation group were all significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the nerve function and lower limb motor function patients with acute stroke;it could improve limb balance ability and daily living ability,as well as strengthening the anterior tibialis and gastrocnemius muscle strength.更多还原
