【Abstract】 Modern industrial college of vocational education is a new organizational form of vocational education integrating industry and education, following school-in-factory, order training, vocational education group and modern apprenticeship training, which is of farreaching significance to the mechanism innovation of school-enterprise cooperative education. Industrial attribute is the characteristic attribute of industrial college, which affects the direction of educational attribute, the level of technical attribute and the category of service attribute. The external performance of industry attribute is the exclusive feature of service object, the chain feature of professional setting,the leading feature of participating subject and the entity feature of cooperation carrier.
