【摘要】 强化师资队伍建设是中职教育高质量发展的内在需求和关键力量。加强中职教师培养培训是落实国家有关政策要求的具体实践，是促进中职高质量发展的关键所在，是满足中职教师专业化发展需求的内在要求，是充分发挥职技高师办学优势的重要体现。针对中职教师培养培训存在的操作标准不明、方式比较单一、内容比较陈旧、机制不够成熟等问题，吉林工程技术师范学院深入开展了中职教师培养培训改革探索，形成了“标准引领、项目驱动、平台支撑、机制协同”的中职教师育训模式，并从构建中职教师“双师型”培养培训相关标准、设计一体化中职教师培养培训方法、建设中职教师培养培训载体、加快打造“政-企-院-校”合作共同体等方面进行了实践，取得了一定成效。更多还原
