【摘要】 新生代农民工的职业能力是其实现市民化的基础。以新生代农民工为研究对象，利用质性研究和实证研究的混合方法，进行新生代农民工职业能力结构维度研究，结果发现：新生代农民工的职业能力属于复合型能力结构，由基础就业能力、专业技术能力、技能探索能力、关系管理能力和资源拼凑能力等维度构成。在此基础上，提出了推动新生代农民工职业能力多主体开发、推进新生代农民工终身职业能力开发和强化新生代农民工能力和资源补缺的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vocational competencies of new-generation migrant workers are the basis for their realization of citizenship. Taking newgeneration migrant workers as the research object, this paper used the mixed research methods of qualitative research and empirical research to study the structural dimensions of vocational competencies in the process of citizenship of new-generation migrant workers. The study found that the vocational competencies of new-generation migrant workers in the process of citizenship is a composite competencies structure, which is composed of basic competence, technical competence, skill exploration competence, relationship management competence and resource bricolage competence. On this basis, this paper put forward policy suggestions to promote the multi-agent development of vocational competencies of new-generation migrant workers, promote the development of the life-long vocational competencies of new-generation migrant workers, and strengthen the competencies and resource filling of new-generation migrant workers.更多还原
