【摘要】 针对工业互联网对复合创新型人才的需求，从产业发展与人才培养中存在的问题入手，提出了产教融合导向、科技孵化项目驱动、结构化课程体系、系统设计、分层分类实施的工业互联网卓越人才培养框架。结合省级双高专业建设和现代学徒制人才培养实践，在借鉴国内院校卓越人才培养做法和学者研究成果的基础上，对卓越人才培养路径进行了梳理。培养体系和培养路径对双高专业建设和现代学徒制人才培养工作具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Responding to the demand for inter-disciplinary and innovative talents by the industrial Internet, starting from the problems in industrial development and talent cultivation, it is proposed the industrial Internet excellent talent cultivation framework which is oriented by industry-education integration, driven by technology incubation projects, structured curriculum system, systematic design and hierarchical and categorical implementation. Combined with the construction of provincial double-high specialties and the practice of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation, this paper sorts out the cultivation paths of outstanding talent on the basis of learning from the practice of outstanding talent cultivation of domestic colleges and universities and the research results of scholars. The training system and training paths are of certain reference significance to the construction of double-high specialties and the training of modern apprenticeship system talents.更多还原
