【摘要】 中青年教师是我国高校教师群体的中坚力量，其教学能力高低决定着我国高等人才的培养质量。文章从教学基本素养、教学组织能力、教学学术能力和教学发展能力4个维度构建了高校中青年教师教学能力测定体系。借助对江苏211名高校教师的调查数据，采用单因素方差分析法探寻了高校中青年教师教学能力的影响因素。结果显示：年龄、教龄、学历、学科领域、教学素养、教评制度、院校支持和同事帮助、参加教学培训次数、投入教学时间意愿等因素导致了高校中青年教师教学能力的差异。从普适性和差异性培训、提供多样化支持和优化教师考评制度三方面提出了高校中青年教师教学能力的提升对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Young and middle-aged teachers are the backbone of the university teachers in China, and their teaching ability determines the cultivation quality of higher talents in China. This paper constructs a measuring system of the teaching ability of young and middle-aged teachers in universities, which consists of four dimensions including basic teaching accomplishment, teaching organization ability, teaching academic ability and teaching development ability. Based on the survey data of 211 university teachers in Jiangsu province, the influencing factors of teaching ability of young and middle-aged teachers in universities were explored by one-way ANOVA. The results show that age, teaching age, education background, subject area, teaching quality, teaching evaluation system, university support and colleagues, teaching training times, willingness to invest teaching time and other factors lead to the difference in teaching ability of university teachers. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the teaching ability of young and middle-aged teachers in universities from three aspects: universality and difference training, diversified support and optimization of teacher evaluation system.更多还原
