【摘要】 地方工科院校的人才培养普遍定位于应用型工程技术人才，应用型工程技术人才的核心能力是工程能力，工程能力包括工程实践能力和创新能力。应用型工程技术人才核心能力的培养，要求地方工科院校加强顶层设计和整体谋划，开门办学。以产教融合、校企合作、协同育人为突破口，实施“4+4”校政企协同育人模式，即教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链“四链衔接”,高校、政府、企业、产教融合服务企业(组织)“四方联动”,开展定向人才培养培训、共建就业实习基地和“双师双能型”教师队伍。该模式能够积极推进校政企合作办学、合作育人、合作发展、合作就业，协同建立起以培养适应变化能力、工程实践能力、创新能力和就业能力为引领的人才培养流程，进而促进地方工科院校的人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧全要素、全方位融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training of talents in local engineering colleges is generally oriented at application-oriented engineering and technical talents.
