【摘要】 在新时代、新经济背景下,地方高校要全面落实新发展理念,需要开门办学,打造开放融合的教育新生态。自2015年起,北华大学机械工程学院探索实施了"三位一体、四方联动"校政企协同育人模式,深入开展校企合作,深化产教融合,积极推进校企合作办学、合作育人、合作发展、合作就业,促进地方高校人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧全要素、全方位融合。地方高校、政府、企业、产教融合服务企业(组织)共同实施人才培养过程和教学改革,共同建设"双师型"教师培训基地和产教融合创新基地等,协同培养适应产业发展需求的应用型工程技术人才,更好地服务新时代经济社会的全面发展。更多还原
