【摘要】 本研究从分析大健康催生的卫生健康服务体系变革入手，探索加强公共卫生工作，从重“治”到重“防”;破除医院围墙，从“院内”到“院外”;更新卫生服务理念，从“以治病为中心”到“以健康为中心”;突出以人为中心，坚持以人为本，从关注“人的病”到关注“病的人”等。同时，从顺应医学教育发展趋势，融入现代医学教育体验，创新健康人文教育手段，构架适宜知识、能力与素质要求，夯实质量评价保障体系等5个方面，探索提出大健康背景下的医学教育教学改革建议，以满足现代卫生健康服务人才培养需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the reform of health service system caused by the great health, this study explores how to strengthen public health work, from emphasizing “treatment” to emphasizing “prevention”;breaking down the hospital wall, from “inside” to “outside”; and renewing the concept of health service, from “treatment as the center” to “health as the center”; in the spirit of people-oriented, from the focus on “human disease” to the focus on “disease” and so on. At the same time, from following the development trend of medical education, integrating into the experience of modern medical education, innovating the means of healthy and humanistic education, constructing suitable knowledge, ability and quality requirements, tamping the quality evaluation guarantee system, etc., in order to meet the requirements of personnel training in modern health service, the reform of medical education under the background of great health was explored and put forward.更多还原
