【摘要】 目的 对风冷式光谱冲击波（失眠）治疗仪治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效进行观察。方法 随机将120例心脾两虚型失眠患者分为2组，治疗仪组（n=60）采用风冷式光谱冲击波（失眠）治疗仪治疗；针刺组（n=60）采用传统针刺治疗。结果 治疗仪组有效率为93.3%，显效率为83.3%；针刺组有效率为81.7%，显效率为65.0%。2组显效率、有效率对比均有统计学意义（P <0.05）；两者治疗后PSQI评分均显著降低（P <0.01），治疗仪组疗效优于针刺组（P <0.01）；治疗仪组依从率为96.7%；针刺组依从率为83.3%,2组依从率比较有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 风冷式光谱冲击波（失眠）治疗仪是一款新型失眠治疗仪器，用其治疗心脾两虚型失眠有明确的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the air-cooled spectral shockwave therapeutic instrument(insomnia) in the treatment of insomnia with the syndrome of both heart and spleen deficiency. Methods A total of 120 insomnia patients with the syndrome of both heart and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups.The instrument group(n=60) was treated with the air-cooled spectral shockwave therapeutic instrument(insomnia),while the acupuncture group(n=60) was treated with acupuncture. Results The effective rate of the instrument group was 93.3%, and its marked improvement rate was 83.3%. In the acupuncture group, the effective rate was 65%, and its marked improvement rate was 58.3%. There were significant di□erences with regard to their effective rate and marked improvement rate between the two groups(P<0.05). The PSQI scores of both groups were decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01), and the instrument group was better than the acupuncture group(P<0.01). The compliance rate of the instrument group was 96.7%, while the compliance rate of the acupuncture group was 83.3%, with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The air-cooled spectral shockwave therapeutic instrument(insomnia) is a new type of insomnia therapeutic device, which has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of insomnia with the syndrome of both heart and spleen deficiency.更多还原
