【摘要】 目的 探讨活血通络汤合并辛伐他汀对激素性股骨头坏死患者碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨γ-羧基谷氨酸蛋白(BGP)水平的影响。方法 选取90例激素性股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组使用辛伐他汀治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用活血通络汤治疗。对2组治疗效果、髋关节(Harris)评分、血清ALP、BGP和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平以及不良反应的发生进行比较。结果 治疗后，观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组总有效率(75.56%)(P<0.05)；观察组疼痛评分、功能评分、Harris总分，以及血清ALP、BGP、VEGF水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 活血通络汤联合辛伐他汀治疗激素性股骨头坏死患者，可以疏通微小血管，建立侧支循环，降低患者疼痛感，提高关节活动度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with simvastatin on the levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and bone γ-carboxyglutamic acid protein (BGP) in patients with hormone-induced femoral head necrosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with hormone-induced femoral head necrosis were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each.The control group was treated with simvastatin,while the observation group was additionally treated with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.The treatment effect,hip joint (Harris) score,serum levels of ALP,BGP and vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF) and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate (93.33%) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (75.56%) (P<0.05).The pain score,function score,Harris total score,and serum ALP,BGP,VEGF levels of the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with simvastatin in the treatment of patients with hormone-induced femoral head necrosis can clear microvascular tissues,establish collateral circulations,reduce pains and improve joint mobility.更多还原
