【摘要】 目的 观察小青龙汤加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法 选取支气管肺炎患儿100例，通过随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组使用常规西医抗感染治疗，观察组在此基础上应用小青龙汤加减治疗，观察2组治疗后临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率(82.00%)显著高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05)；与对照组比较，观察组患儿的咳嗽咯痰、气喘、啰音消失时间及退热时间均明显缩短，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小青龙汤加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎，总有效率高，临床症状消失时间快，有较高的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchopneumonia were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional anti-infection treatment of western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction on that basis.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (82.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%) (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of cough and expectoration,asthma,pulmonary rales and the fever clearance time in the experimental group were significantly shorter (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoqinglong Decoction is safe and effective in treating children with bronchopneumonia and can improve clinical symptoms more rapidly.更多还原
