【摘要】 出土于西北河西走廊的《武威汉代医简》(简称《医简》,下同)所载方药极具文献价值和地域医学特色。本文通过对《医简》所载治疗痹证类方药的分析整理，归纳治痹方药的组方特点。认为其善用辛温、祛风、燥湿及温补等药味，用方体现出辨证用药、寒热并用、表里双解、肝脾肾并补和药食并用等特点，并结合现代临床应用及疗效评估，阐述《医简》痹证类方药的配伍规律和用药特色，促进《医简》所载方药古为今用并服务于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prescriptions in the Wu Wei Han Dai Yi Jian(hereinafter referred to as medical slips) unearthed in the northwest Hexi Corridor are of great literature value and regional medical characteristics. Based on the analysis and collation of the prescriptions for Bi syndrome recorded in the medical slips, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the prescriptions for the treatment of Bi syndrome. It is considered that it makes good use of the medicinal flavors of pungent and warm, dispelling wind, dryness and dampness, warming and tonifying. The prescriptions reflect the characteristics of syndrome differentiation, cold and heat, exterior and interior solution, liver, spleen and kidney tonifying, medicine and food combining. Combined with modern clinical application and curative effect evaluation, this paper expounds the compatibility law and medication characteristics of Bi syndrome prescriptions in the medical slips, so as to promote the ancient prescriptions contained in medical slips to serve the clinic.更多还原
