【摘要】 目的 探讨牙源性上颌骨囊肿的临床表现、影像学特征，及其诊断、治疗、预后。方法 报告1例经鼻内镜上颌窦自然口进路联合泪前隐窝术式治疗牙源性上颌骨囊肿，并复习相关的国内外文献。结果 术后无并发症，随访半年，复查鼻内镜示上颌窦窦口引流通畅，伤口愈合良好，窦腔未见明显新生物。结论 经鼻内镜上颌窦自然口进路联合泪前隐窝术式治疗牙源性上颌骨囊肿能有效降低术后并发症，恢复效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation,imaging manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of Odontogenic Maxillary Bone Cysts.Method The case of the intranasal endoscopic maxillary sinus natural oral approach combined with prelacrimal recess surgery was analyzed retrospectively with literature review.Result There was no complications.Reexamination of nasal endoscopy showed maxillary sinus drainage was unobstructed and wound healing was good.There was no obvious neoplasm in the sinus cavity.Conclusion The intranasal endoscopic maxillary sinus natural oral approach combined with prelacrimal recess surgery can effectively reduce postoperative complications,and the recovery effect is remarkable.更多还原
