【摘要】 目的：探讨阳和通络汤对结直肠癌患者化疗后神经毒副反应的影响。方法：选取2020年7月-2021年12月于龙岩市中医院肿瘤科住院的120例结直肠癌患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组60例与对照组60例。对照组单纯化疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予阳和通络汤口服。比较两组外周神经毒性反应分级情况、奥沙利铂专用感觉神经毒性分级情况、中医症候量表评分、生活质量评分和血流动力学指标。结果：治疗后，治疗组外周神经毒性分级和奥沙利铂专用感觉神经毒性分级均优于对照组，且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，治疗组生活质量评分、中医症候量表评分、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度和全血高切黏度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：阳和通络汤对结直肠癌患者化疗后神经毒副反应的临床治疗效果较好，能够改善外周神经毒性和奥沙利铂专用感觉神经毒性情况，改善患者临床症状、纠正患者血流动力学指标，是临床防治奥沙利铂所致神经毒性的可靠方案之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Yanghe Tongluo Decoction on the neurotoxic side effects of chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 120 colorectal cancer patients hospitalized in the Oncology Department of Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases) according to random number table.The control group received chemotherapy alone,while the treatment group received Yanghe Tongluo Decoction orally on the basis of the control group.The peripheral neurotoxicity grade,Oxaliplatin specific sensory neurotoxicity grade,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale scores,quality of life scores and hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the peripheral neurotoxicity grade and Oxaliplatin specific sensory neurotoxicity grade in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale scores,plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yanghe Tongluo Decoction has a good clinical effect on the neurotoxic side effects of colorectal cancer patients after chemotherapy,it can improve peripheral neurotoxicity and Oxaliplatin specific sensory neurotoxicity,improve patients’ clinical symptoms and correct patients’ hemodynamic indexes,it is one of the reliable schemes for clinical prevention and treatment of oxaliplatin induced neurotoxicity.更多还原
