【摘要】 目的：研究以六西格玛管理法为指导的护理在眼科日间手术患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2019年2月-2021年2月大连医科大学附属第二医院接受眼科日间手术治疗的83例患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=41)及对照组(n=42)。对照组开展常规护理干预，研究组则开展以六西格玛管理法为指导的护理。比较两组护理效果、术后并发症发生情况、围术期生命体征、护理满意度。结果：研究组苏醒时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间及出室时间均短于对照组，且术后24 h疼痛评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d，研究组各维度护理满意度评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前1 d，两组心率、收缩压、舒张压比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；术后3 d，研究组心率、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：以六西格玛管理法为指导的护理对眼科日间手术患者的应用效果显著，且安全性较好，可减轻围术期生命体征波动，提高患者护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application value of nursing guided by Six Sigma management method on ophthalmic day surgery patients.Method:A total of 83 patients who received daytime ophthalmic surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected,they were divided into study group (n=41) and control group (n=42) according to random number table method.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,while the study group carried out nursing guided by Six Sigma management method.The nursing effect,postoperative complications,perioperative vital signs and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The time to wake up,the time to stay in the anesthesia recovery room and the time to go out in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pain score 24 h after surgery in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).7 d after surgery,the scores of nursing satisfaction in all dimensions in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between two groups 1 d before surgery (P>0.05).3 d after surgery,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing guided by Six Sigma management method has a significant effect on the application of ophthalmic day surgery patients,with good safety,which can reduce the fluctuation of perioperative vital signs and improve patient nursing satisfaction.更多还原
