益气活血法联合低分子肝素预防髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓临床研究

【摘要】 目的:观察益气活血法联合低分子肝素对髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防作用。方法:128例随机分为两组各64例,两组均用低分子肝素钠注射治疗,观察组加用益气活血法治疗。结果:术后第2天,总引流量对照组(359.74±17.86)mL,观察组(272.24±11.68)mL,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后第7天观察组患肢肿胀度较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),术后第7天两组血浆D-二聚体差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血法联合低分子肝素用于髋部骨折术后可减少术后总引流量、减轻患肢肿胀度、降低DVT的发生率,且安全。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the preventive effect of qi-benefiting and blood-activating method combined with low molecular heparin on deep vein thrombosis(DVT) after hip fracture. Methods: A total of 128 cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 64 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with low molecular heparin sodium injection,and the observation group were treated with qi-benefiting and blood-activating method in addition. Results: On the 2nd day after operation, the total drainage volume was(359.74±17.86) mL in the control group and(272.24±11.68) mL in the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). On the 7th day after operation, the swelling degree of the affected limb in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma D-dimer between the two groups on the 7th day after operation(P>0.05). The occurrence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qi-benefiting and blood-activating method combined with low molecular heparin can reduce the total postoperative drainage volume, reduce the swelling degree of the affected limb, and reduce the incidence of DVT after hip fracture, with safety.
