【Abstract】 The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA) has a long history and a large scale, but its regional development is uneven, and the overseas layout of TCM patents has not attracted the attention of most innovation subjects. The authorization rate of TCM is low, and the quality has a lot of room for improvement. From the four perspectives of innovation subject, regional distribution, technical composition and legal status, this paper analyzed and studied the current situation of TCM patent layout in GBA and put forward feasible suggestions for the development and layout of TCM patents in GBA.更多还原
