电流体力学技术在纳米载药系统中的研究应用
A review on the application of electrohydrodynamic technology in nano drug loading system
【摘要】 电流体力学研究电场对流体的作用,在实际应用中,根据喷射溶液在电场力的作用下最终形成的是粒子还是纤维,可分为静电喷雾和静电纺丝。电流体力学技术的优点是工艺简单、重复性好,产品具有良好的加工性和可控性,制备过程中不需要加热,药物稳定性好,因此广泛应用于医药领域。本文介绍了电流体力学技术的基本原理、装置类型及影响因素,综述了其在纳米载药系统中的应用,以期为纳米技术药物的深入研究与开发提供参考。
【Abstract】 Electrohydrodynamics studies the effect of electric field on fluid. In practical applications,it can be divided into electrospray and electrospinning,according to whether the sprayed solution finally forms particles or fibers under the action of electric field force. Electrohydrodynamic technology has the advantages of simple process,good repeatability,machinability,and controllability,no heating in the preparation process,and good drug stability. Therefore,it is widely used in the field of medicine. This paper introduced the basic principle,device types and influencing factors of electrohydrodynamic technology,and summarized its application in nano drug loading system,in order to provide reference for the intensive research and development of nano drug technology.
