钛合金变径深孔的加工研究

【摘要】 本文以能源、动力、国防、运载工具及航空航天等高端装备领域对复杂深孔结构零件的高性能制造需求为目标,针对钛合金复杂深孔结构零件——钛合金变径深孔的高效精密加工进行研究。开发设计了一套深孔变径刀具(刀具)和刀具驱动系统,研究了刀具结构的实现、刀具几何参数和切削用量的合理适配,并进行了钛合金变径加工试验,加工过程平稳,加工效果良好。为钛合金深孔内轮廓加工提供基础理论和关键技术支持,解决生产中钛合金变径深孔零件制造中亟需解决的关键技术问题。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the increasing demand for high manufacturing performance of complex deep hole structure parts in high-end equipment fields such as energy, power, national defense, vehicle and aerospace, this paper studies the machining of titanium alloy complex deep-hole structural parts, which is the titanium alloy bottle boring deep-hole. A deep hole diameter changing tool and tool driving system was developed, and the realization of the structure of the deep hole diameter changing tool, the reasonable matching of geometric parameters and cutting parameters, and the titanium alloy diameter changing process was carried out. The machining process was stable and the machining effect was good. It provides basic theory and key technical support for deep hole contour machining of titanium alloy, and solves the key technical problems that need to be solved in the manufacture of titanium alloy taper deep hole parts in production.
