【摘要】 目的 探究冠状动脉（冠脉）介入治疗对轻中度冠心病合并心力衰竭（心衰）患者的临床价值。方法 选取2020年12月至2021年8月在我院就诊的轻中度冠心病合并心衰患者100例，随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规治疗，观察组进行冠脉介入治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、心功能、治疗后生活质量。结果 观察组患者的治疗效果、心功能、治疗后生活质量等各项临床指标均优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 对于轻中度冠心病合并心衰患者，采取冠脉介入治疗效果较好，可提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of coronary intervention in patients with mild to moderate coronary heart failure. Methods 100 patients with mild to moderate coronary heart disease and heart failure who visited our hospital from December 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received coronary intervention treatment. The therapeutic efficacy, cardiac function,and quality of life after treatment for two groups of patients were compared. Results The therapeutic effect, cardiac function, quality of life after treatment and other clinical indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with mild to moderate coronary heart failure, coronary intervention is effective, and can improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
