生态外墙保温板的胶结材料研究
Research on Cementing Material of Ecological External Wall Insulation Board
【摘要】 传统外墙保温板胶粘剂采用有机胶与水泥的拌合物,随着使用时间的延长,它会老化。针对这一缺陷,本文研发出一种新型无机胶粘剂。其间以矿渣微粉为主要原料,掺加铁尾矿砂和少量粉煤灰作为集料,采用水玻璃、氢氧化钠作为激发剂制成胶粘剂。研究表明,胶粘剂的适宜配比为矿渣微粉63%、铁尾矿砂32%、粉煤灰5%,水灰比为0.26,外加剂水玻璃、氢氧化钠掺加量均为矿渣微粉用量的4%。对于用泡沫板保温材料或挤塑板保温材料与陶瓷板粘接制成的外墙板,胶结材料粘接性能良好,生态外墙保温板的拉伸粘接强度均符合外墙保温胶粘剂的技术性能指标要求。
【Abstract】 The traditional external wall insulation board adhesive uses a mixture of organic glue and cement,and it will age with the extension of use time.In response to this defect,this paper has developed a new type of inorganic adhesive.In the meantime,slag powder is used as the main raw material,iron tailings sand and a small amount of fly ash are added as aggregates,and water glass and sodium hydroxide are used as activators to make the adhesive.Studies have shown that the appropriate ratio of the adhesive is 63% slag powder,32% iron tailings and 5% fly ash,the water-cement ratio is 0.26,and the additive amount of sodium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide is 4% of the amount of slag powder.For exterior wall panels made of foam board insulation material or extruded board insulation material and ceramic board bonding,the bonding material has good bonding performance,and the tensile bonding strength of the ecological exterior wall insulation board meets the technical performance index requirements of the exterior wall insulation adhesive.
