【摘要】 目的 分析从足厥阴肝经走行针灸治疗痛经患者的临床效果。方法 60例痛经患者,采用随机数字表法分为参照组和治疗组,各30例。参照组患者实施西医治疗,治疗组患者实施从足厥阴肝经走行针灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、复发率、不良反应发生率、治疗时间及治疗前后疼痛评分和中医症状评分。结果 治疗前,两组疼痛评分和中医症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后,治疗组中医症状评分(15.23±1.06)分、疼痛评分(2.96±0.15)分均低于参照组的(18.57±1.33)、(3.55±0.26)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗时间(82.31±12.16)d短于参照组的(90.15±15.27)d,不良反应发生率3.33%低于参照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗优良率93.33%明显高于参照组的70.00%,复发率6.67%显著低于参照组的26.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对痛经患者实施从足厥阴肝经走行针灸治疗效果明显,可有效改善患者的临床症状,缓解疼痛程度,减少复发现象,建议在临床中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion along liver channel of foot-Jueyin on dysmenorrhea. Methods A total of 60 patients with dysmenorrhea were divided into reference group and treatment group by random numerical table, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the reference group were treated with western medicine, and patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion along liver channel of foot-Jueyin. The therapeutic effect, recurrence rate, incidence of adverse reactions, treatment time, pain score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in pain score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score(15.23±1.06) points and the pain score(2.96±0.15) points in the treatment group were lower than(18.57±1.33) and(3.55±0.26) points in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment time(82.31±12.16) d in the treatment group was shorter than(90.15±15.27) d in the reference group; the incidence of adverse reactions 20.00% in the treatment group was lower than 3.33% in the reference group; the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the reference group; the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than 26.67%of the reference group; the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion along liver channel of foot-Jueyin has obviously effect on dysmenorrhea patients, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, relieve pain degree, reduce recurrence, which is suggested to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.更多还原
