【摘要】 目的 探讨祛风活络膏贴敷疗法治疗急性周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法 186例急性周围性面神经麻痹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各98例。对照组给予常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予祛风活络膏穴位贴敷。比较两组疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.8%,显著高于对照组的78.6%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.840,P=0.009<0.05)。结论 活络膏穴位贴敷治疗急性周围性面神经麻痹的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Qufeng Huoluo ointment on acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 186 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 98 cases in each.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received acupoint application of Qufeng Huoluo ointment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.8%,which was significantly higher than 78.6%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ~2=6.840,P=0.009<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Qufeng Huoluo ointment has significant effect on the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
