微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸患者中的临床治疗效果及对咀嚼功能的影响研究

【摘要】 目的 分析微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸患者中的临床治疗效果及对咀嚼功能的影响。方法 90例口腔正畸患者,根据入院时间分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组采用传统正畸技术治疗,观察组采用微型种植体支抗技术治疗。对比两组治疗前后咀嚼功能及上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角、尖牙间宽度、下齿槽座角。结果 治疗前,两组的咬合力、咀嚼效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的咬合力(158.92±15.73)Ibs大于对照组的(126.36±13.10)Ibs,咀嚼效率(92.03±6.10)%高于对照组的(78.80±5.83)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角、尖牙间宽度、下齿槽座角分别为(4.17±1.35)mm、(26.76±4.22)°、(1.66±0.71)mm、(1.39±0.38)°,均大于对照组的(2.26±1.18)mm、(10.63±3.58)°、(0.59±0.47)mm、(0.70±0.26)°,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口腔正畸患者运用微型种植体支抗技术,能够增强患者的咀嚼功能,提升治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic patients and its influence on masticatory function. Methods A total of 90 cases of orthodontic patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional orthodontic technology, and the observation group was treated with microimplant anchorage. Both groups were compared in terms of masticatory function, protrusion difference of upper central incisor, inclination angle of upper central incisor, width between canines and lower alveolar seat angle. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in occlusal force and chewing efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the occlusal force(158.92±15.73) Ibs of the observation group was greater than(126.36±13.10) Ibs of the control group, and the chewing efficiency(92.03±6.10)% was higher than(78.80±5.83)% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The protrusion difference of upper central incisor, inclination angle of upper central incisor, width between canines and lower alveolar seat angle of observation group were(4.17±1.35) mm,(26.76±4.22)°,(1.66±0.71) mm,(1.39±0.38)°, which were all greater than(2.26±1.18) mm,(10.63±3.58)°,(0.59±0.47) mm, and(0.70±0.26)° of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic patients can enhance the masticatory function and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
