作物自毒作用研究进展

【摘要】 近年来在农业生产中自毒作用造成的影响越来越普遍,主要发生于连作的作物中,严重危害了作物的生长与产业的发展。茄科、百合科、禾本科、葫芦科、豆科等很多作物种类都有自毒作用的报道。目前分离出的自毒物质主要是酚类和萜类。自毒物质对作物的影响主要表现在对植物自身的影响和对土壤理化环境和微生物群落结构的影响。本文主要综述了自毒作用产生的原因,自毒物质的种类,自毒作用对作物自身、土壤及微生物的影响,及近年来对自毒作用的缓解方法的研究进展,以期为生产上缓解作物自毒作用提供参考。

【Abstract】 In recent years, autotoxicity effects in agricultural production have become increasingly common, mainly in continuous crops, seriously jeopardizing the growth of crops and crop farming.Autotoxicity has been reported in many species of crops in the families of Solanaceae, Liliaceae, Gramineae, Cucurbitaceae, and Leguminosae.So far, the main autotoxic substances isolated are phenolics and terpenoids.The effects of autotoxic substances on crops are mainly on the plants themselves, the soil physicochemical environment, and the microbial community structure.In this paper, we reviewed the causes of autotoxicity, the types of autotoxic substances, the effect of autotoxicity on the crop itself, soil, and microorganisms, and the progress of research on mitigating autotoxicity in recent years, to provide references for mitigating Autotoxicity in production.
