苎麻吸收积累镉的季别差异研究

【摘要】 以9个苎麻栽培品种为材料,通过盆栽试验模拟不同Cd污染环境,对不同季别苎麻的生物量及吸收积累镉情况进行研究。结果表明,不同季别间苎麻生物量差异显著,随着季别增加,苎麻地上部镉含量减少,地上部生物量增加,其中富顺青麻地上部生物量增量最大,次年头麻较当年二麻显著增加56.59%,宜春红心麻生物量增量最小,次年头麻较当年二麻仅增加14.33%。苎麻地上部镉含量和镉积累量品种间存在显著差异,富顺青麻平均地上部Cd含量与积累量高于其它品种,湘苎3号平均地上部Cd含量、大红皮2号Cd积累量低于其它品种,其中富顺青麻、小鲁班和湘苎2号次年头麻的地上部Cd积累量高于前两次,分别较头年二麻增加30.03%、28.28%、35.56%。因此,通过连续种植高镉积累的苎麻品种可用于修复重金属镉污染土壤。

【Abstract】 Using 9 ramie cultivars as the experimental materials, pot experiments were conducted to study the effect of harvesting ramie in different seasons on its biomass and the absorption and accumulation of cadmium(Cd).The results showed that the biomass of ramie differed significantly during different seasons.As the season changed, the cadmium content in the shoots of ramie decreased and the biomass of shoots increased.Among them, the biomass of Fushun Qingma increased the most, and the next year’s head hemp was more significant than that of the second year.An increase of 56.59%,Yichun red heart hemp biomass increased the least, and the next year’s head hemp increased by 14.33% compared with that of the second hemp.There were significant differences in cadmium content and cadmium accumulation in the shoots of ramie varieties.The average shoot Cd content and accumulation of Fushun Qingma were higher than other varieties, the average shoot Cd content of Xiangzhu3 and the Cd accumulation of Dahongpi2 were lower than those of other varieties.For other varieties, Fushun Qingma, Xiaoluban and Xiangzhu2 had higher Cd accumulations in the shoots of Touma in the following year than the previous two, which increased by 30.03%,28.28% and 35.56% respectively compared with Erma in the first year.The results showed that continuous planting of ramie varieties with high accumulation of cadmium can be used to repair soil contaminated by heavy metal cadmium.
