3种常用棘白菌素类抗真菌药物对红色毛癣菌体外抑菌活性的研究
In-vitro antibacterial activity of three commonly used echinocandin antifungal drugs against Trichophyton rubrum
【摘要】 目的 评价3种棘白菌素类抗真菌药物对临床分离红色毛癣菌的体外抑菌活性。方法 参考EUCASTE.DEF 9.3.1药敏试验标准,测定3种棘白菌素类抗真菌药物(米卡芬净、阿尼芬净、卡泊芬净)及临床常用抗皮肤癣菌药物特比萘芬和环吡酮胺对临床分离73株红色毛癣菌的最低有效/抑菌浓度(MEC/MIC)。结果 检测73株红色毛癣菌对3种棘白菌素类抗真菌药物的MEC/MIC值,根据每种药物对红色毛癣菌的MIC90值由低到高排列,阿尼芬净最低,为0.016 mg/L,米卡芬净为0.031 mg/L,卡泊芬净为0.25 mg/L;根据每种药物对红色毛癣菌的GM值由低到高排列,米卡芬净最低,为0.014 mg/L,阿尼芬净为0.018 mg/L,卡泊芬净为0.308 mg/L。结论 本研究结果证实3种棘白菌素类抗真菌药物对红色毛癣菌均有抑菌作用,与卡泊芬净相比,米卡芬净和阿尼芬净具有较强的体外抑菌活性。体外抗菌活性与临床疗效的相关性有待进一步研究确认。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the in-vitro antifungal activity of three echinocandins against clinically isolated Trichophyton rubrum(T. rubrum). Methods The minimum effective concentration/minimum inhibitory concentration(MEC/MIC) of three echinocandin antifungal drugs(micafungin, anidulafungin and caspofungin) and clinical commonly used anti-dermatophyte drugs(terbinafine and ciclopirox) against 73 strains of T. rubrum were determined in reference with the sensitivity test standards of EUCASTE. DEF 9.3.1. Results The MEC/MIC values of 73 strains of Trichophyton rubrum against three echinocandin antifungal drugs were detected. According to the MIC90 value of each drug against Trichophyton rubrum from low to high, anidungin was the lowest at 0.016 mg/L, micafungin was 0.031 mg/L, and caspofungin was 0.25 mg/L; according to the GM value of each drug against Trichophyton rubrum from low to high, the lowest value of micafungin is 0.014 mg/L, that of anidulungin is 0.018 mg/L, and that of caspofungin is 0.308 mg/L. Conclusion Our results confirmed that echinocandins have good antifungal activity against T. rubrum. Micafungin and anidulafungin showed higher activity against T. rubrum in vitro when compared to caspofungin. However, the correlation of the results and clinical efficacy needs further research.
