有机粘结剂状态对硬质合金增材制造的影响

【摘要】 有机粘结剂被广泛应用于选区激光烧结等硬质合金3D打印技术中。本文通过机械混合与溶胶凝胶法制备了两种含有不同有机粘结剂的硬质合金生坯,研究有机粘结剂的含量、分布和粒径等参数对硬质合金块体烧结致密化的影响。通过宏观与微观体视学表征技术对样品的组成和结构进行了分析。结果表明,有机粘结剂对烧结效果的影响是多种因素共同作用的结果。烧结产物的致密度随有机粘结剂含量升高而降低,随有机粘结剂粒径降低、分布均匀度提高而上升。本研究显示,对烧结质量的优化不能单纯依靠降低有机相含量,而应综合考虑影响有机相微观状态的各种因素。

【Abstract】 Organic binders are widely used in cemented carbide 3 D printing technologies such as selective laser sintering.Here, two series of cemented carbide green bodies containing different organic binders were prepared by mechanical mixing and sol-gel method to study the effect of organic binder content, distribution, particle size and other parameters on the densification of cemented carbide blocks.The composition and structure of the samples were analyzed by macroscopic and microscopic stereographic characterization techniques.The results showed that the influence of organic binders on sintering is the result of multiple factors.The density of sintered cemented carbides was inversely proportional to the content of organic binder and the average size of organic particles, but positively correlated to the uniformity of binder distributions.This study demonstrates that the optimization of sintering quality cannot rely solely on reducing the organic content, but should comprehensively consider all the factors that affect the micro states of organic phases.
